I have dealt with Gibbons Motor Toys, Salmon Arm, for at least the past 5 years. Most of my dealings involve parts and lubricant purchases for my boat. I have also had them do repair work. Either way Paul and Ed have always provided excellent service. What strikes me most about them is they always take time to talk to you and answer any questions you might have, that is uncommon these days it seems. There is no doubt in my mind these guys know their stuff. I once had a fiberglass issue with my boat that required another shop. Ed recommended another local business, which I took the boat to. The work was excellent. Paul, the Mercury tech, is a wealth of knowledge and skill. He is constantly upgrading his level of training, if you have a question about Mercury Marine products, he's the guy to talk to! I recently had to do a major and expensive upgrade to my boat. I did not hesitate to call these guys and give them the business. Highly recommend Gibbons Motor Toys!

When i bye an atv. utv. etc. I do not just go to one dealer and purchase I visit other dealers to do comparisons for pricing and service. By far Gibbons Motor Toys succeeded in all these areas, from sales to the service counter. Sales do not push you into buying and are very knowledgeable. Service counter are always there to help you. A few months back I started looking for a river boat. Wanted to sell my Harleys and lake fishing boat to get into a nice newer river boat. I called Dan and he was on it right away sending me emails and pictures of a boat he knew that was coming in on trade and would be a perfect option for me. I talked to Dan for weeks on this boat and once my wife and I saw it we bought it. Dan was great to deal with, no issues at all. Very honest and upfront and even offered to take us out on the river and show us how to use the boat properly. What a great attitude and very helpful person.
